GETTING OLDER & EXERCISE
As we get older the inevitable happens - our joints start to stiffen up, our balance starts being a problem, or range of movement becomes limited. Or all three!  These issues can eventually lead to mobility issues and in the end can result in the need for medical intervention - always scary - or the loss of our independence - terrifying!

It's never too late to start taking action to prevent either scenario. And it doesn't have to take over your whole life - a little every day is fantastic. For example, my 82 year old mother-in-law just started yoga after complaining for years of dizziness associated with stiffness in her neck. And guess what, she hasn't had an episode since she began the classes. Hooray!
