What's the deal with getting older? Isn't it bad enough that you're getting a little longer in the face, a little saggier in the jowls? Do you have to get all sorts of strange aliments as well? And doesn't it just make you want to scream when everyone from the doctor to your partner to your kids tell you "Uh oh, it's the menopause!" and in so doing shove you and your issues into a box you're hesitant to open for fear of being branded a moaner. Or overly dramatic. Or just plain boring.
I decided to look into some factors surrounding the menopause and try to shed some light on them for anyone who's hesitant or frightened to ask and is searching the internet for help.
If you've got a story, let me know. Someone else might be suffering right now and you may already have great advice to pass on.
